WELCOME TO STACK CITY VOLLEYBALL

Rules for finals series

Hi All. Please see the games draw for this weeks Semi-Finals. I have also included the updated “Rules for the finals series.”

Finals series is played out slightly different to the regular season. During the regular season the biggest factor was time.

During the finals series, the “best of 5 sets” will still apply, but it will be winner by 2 pts or more per set. Refer to attached for more details.

Also, eligibility for “fill-ins”. If an additional player(s) is required, you need to have someone from a lower division. You cannot have someone from the same division. Alternatively, you can use juniors, whether they play Div 1 or a lower div to fill in.

Timeouts is now included. Time clock will stop for timeouts or delay of game. See attached notes.

If you have any questions please message me or speak to Matthew Lovett on game night.

 Semi-Finals UPDATE

Hi All. And then there were 16 (teams left). Thank you to teams Rogue Ones and Teen Titans for your participation this season, and hope to see you again at our next winter season. Keep an eye out for promotions.

For everyone else. Please see the attached for your information. If you have any questions please message me. I will be away this week on business, however you’ll be in the capable hands of Matthew Lovett & Meleane Sopoaga-Fusi.

📣 PLEASE NOTE: There will be some minor rule changes heading into the finals series. I will post these changes tonight for everybody’s information. Nothing to stress over. As we head into the finals series – I just need everyone to be aware of some things.
